Ongoing Supervision and Education for Practicing Spiritual Directors

Icon of the Journey to Emmaus

Engaging in the ministry of spiritual direction has a way of expanding and deepening the mysteries of the spiritual life along with all the questions and challenges that arise.  This course offers the opportunity to explore some of those questions and to further refine the skills to help others mine the riches of God's grace.  Each two hour session will provide opportunities for supervision as well as facilitating input and discussion on important issues encountered in this ministry.

芭芭拉·奎因，R.S.C.J.


芭芭拉·奎因，RSCJ is Associate Director of Spiritual 形成 at STM.  She holds a Master of Divinity from Weston Jesuit and a Doctor of 部 from the Catholic Theological Union in Chicago.  Barb has been involved widely in spiritual direction and retreats since 1980 including the US, 非洲, 印度, 欧洲.  She developed and facilitated a two year spiritual direction certificate program for 12 years at the University of San Diego.

玛丽亚DiChiappari has been the director of the 电子游戏软件 Neighborhood Center since 1998. She loves her work as a liaison between the 电子游戏软件 and Allston-Brighton communities. Maria is also passionate about spiritual accompaniment through her private practice. Maria’s areas of experience and interest include mentoring and managing undergraduate and graduate students, 女性的精神, 心理健康, social justice work and self-care. 玛丽亚的成绩是B.A. from Providence College and Master’s degrees in Higher Education Administration, Theology & 部 and Mental Health Counseling from 电子游戏软件. 另外, Maria holds a Post-Master’s Certificate in Spiritual 形成 from 电子游戏软件’s School of Theology & 部.

莎拉Milone


莎拉Milone is the director of pastoral ministry at an all-girls Catholic high school outside of Boston. Steeped in Jesuit education, Sara received her B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross, a M.Ed. from Loyola Marymount University, and a M.Div. and Post-Master's Certificate in Spiritual 形成 from 电子游戏软件 School of Theology and 部. Her areas of ministry experience include high school campus ministry and education, 堂区青年事工, college and young adult retreats, 医院牧师服务, adult faith formation and spiritual direction. In addition to being on the teaching team of a spiritual direction training program in Boston, Sara is currently pursuing a Th.M. in 精神电子游戏正规平台 at 电子游戏软件 and an Advanced Certificate in Supervision at Fordham University.
